NEWW, INC.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of neww.io and any services, software, or tools operated by NEWW, INC. ("NEWW", "we", "us") (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services

NEWW provides creative, strategic, and operational services to its clients under separate written agreements. Public-facing portions of the Services (including this website) are provided for informational purposes only.

NEWW also operates internal tools and integrations — including bookkeeping, accounting, and financial automation tools — solely for the operation of NEWW's own business. Such tools are not offered to the public.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services.

4. Intellectual property

All content on neww.io, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by NEWW or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.

5. Third-party services

Our internal tools may integrate with third-party platforms (such as QuickBooks Online, Plaid, and Stripe). Your or our use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NEWW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEWW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
